San Pedro and San Pablo Pochutla Festivity

This holiday is held on June 29. It begins with nine days of prayer, and masses during the event's nine days. This gala celebrates the Procession of St. Peter. There are also calends, decorated floats and costume parties, where all the guests wear masks and dance to typical music. The programme also includes sporting events and fireworks. Festivities are officially closed with a popular dance.
It is also important to point out that there is a Constitution Gala. This festivity is of a civic nature, and held on February 5. It lasts for several days and it includes sporting events, a Mexican rodeo, dance; fairground attractions, and fireworks.
